About Teddy
*In foster care in Bankstown, Sydney*
After finding himself dumped in a cat colony, where he was bullied by the other cats, Teddy was whisked off the streets and straight into a wonderful foster home!
Here, he's discovered a love for endless head scratches and pats, and the heated blanket! While he's still (understandably) getting used to people and indoor life, he's a total softie at heart, and his trust is easily won with a creamy treat. Well, maybe two ;)
Extremely playful with his toys as well as other cats, Teddy's always secretly on alert for the sound of a bell jingle or cat wand - but he's definitely not immune to the cosy charms of the cat hammock when it's time to recharge!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Teddy is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'll blossom in a quiet, loving home, with humans who'll be kind and patient as I settle into my new environment. It shouldn't take too long - but loads of affection, toys and treats will almost certainly speed up the process!
Another kitty playmate to bond with would also be a dream come true!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Over time, as my confidence grows, I become as playful and silly as any kitten you'll meet!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm looking for a home with adults only, please.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Great for cats - I love the company of the other foster cats I currently live with!
I haven't met any dogs at this stage, so I'm not sure about them. We can always give it a try, if you've got one who'll be nice to me?

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
The rescue group is no longer taking adoption applications for this pet.
