About Emma
Emma is a gentle, affectionate and highly people-oriented cat who forms deep bonds with those she trusts. While she may initially appear reserved around unfamiliar people, once settled she becomes an exceptionally loving companion who actively seeks human company, lap time and cuddles. She thrives in calm, predictable environments where her body language is respected, and she is given the choice to interact. Emma would suit adopters who appreciate a cat that enjoys close companionship while understanding the importance of allowing trust to develop at her own pace.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
