About Pretzel
Pretzel got her name because she likes to roll around and be all twisty. She also likes quietly hanging around her humans and cuddling up with them. She loves a warm lap, cuddling up in bed, or generally just hanging around her people. She's always ready for a pat or a chin scratch.
She can be a bit shy when she first comes into new places, but once she knows you and loves you she's the absolute sweetest. She's a quiet girl, and is very happy to take herself off somewhere quiet for a nap when there's too much going on.
She get's along fabulously with the other foster cat in the household. They love hanging out together. She'd be great as a friend for another resident cat.
She hasn't been in a house with kids or dogs, but we think with a slow introduction she'd be fine. She adjusts to new situations pretty quickly.
She's a lovely girl and would be fine in pretty much any home.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
