About Callie
Meet Callie a sweet human-loving girl, she has had a rough start to life meaning which means she will need a very special home to go to for her forever place.
Callie loves pets but as most cats tend to be this is on her terms! She has shown interest in interacting with people when her boundaries are respected and she is given time to come out of her shell. A young cat like Callie will need lots of enrichment in the home to keep her brain occupied, think things like cat scratchers, toys, food enrichment and of course getting to spend some time with you at the end of the day!
Callie would be best suited to a home as the only pet so she can get the attention she craves and deserves, the best suited humans for her will be cat savy and willing to help and support her transition into a home environment.
Callie is a sweet smoochy girl who will love to spend her days in the home thats right for her, if this sounds like a match for your home come into the RSPCA today to discuss potentially adopting her.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
