Meet Maverick 🐾
Maverick is a beautiful Cattle Dog × Jack Russell × Dachshund puppy with the sweetest, most relaxed temperament. He's the kind of puppy who's just as happy curled up beside you for a cuddle as he is taking himself off for a quiet snooze.
For such a young pup, Maverick has already developed wonderful house manners. He settles beautifully, happily puts himself to bed each night and sleeps quietly through until morning.
He's respectful of older dogs and is learning all the right things, including a lovely sit and patiently waiting for his meals. Maverick has also met the resident chooks and, while he's definitely curious about them, he's shown no signs of chasing or stalking.
Maverick's Ideal Home
Maverick is looking for a family who will continue to nurture his lovely temperament through puppy school, positive training, ongoing socialisation, regular exercise and plenty of mental enrichment.
His breed mix is full of intelligence and personality, so he'll thrive with adopters who are committed to giving him the guidance, enrichment and companionship he needs to become a happy, confident adult dog.

Medical notes
The desexing procedure is typically performed once the puppies reach a minimum age of 24 weeks. It is a mandatory requirement that all puppies are desexed by the age of 26 weeks, unless there is written veterinary advice indicating otherwise. A contractual agreement specifying the commitment to desexing by the specified due date is required for completion.
Upon submission of documented evidence confirming the desexing procedure, a refund of $250 will be issued, and ownership transfer will be facilitated. Ownership transfer will not be processed until valid proof of desexing is provided via email.
It is important to note that all our dogs and puppies undergo microchipping, vaccination, and receive preventive measures against parasites as part of our standard practices.

~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits, can you guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas will be required.
~Written agreement is required by your landlord/real estate for rental properties. A rates notice is required for homeowners.
~A vet reference may be required.
