Last Vaccination: 09/01/2026 and booster due 09/01/2027 Frankie and Honey are a beautiful bonded pair of miniature dachshunds who rely on each other for comfort and confidence as they navigate the world around them. They have lived together since only a few months of age and have been inseparable since. 

Frankie is the more confident and outgoing of the pair. He is bubbly, and wants to be social - although keeping Honey safe when the world feels overwhelming is a priority. He could not care less about chasing a ball, but he loves playing tug-o-war. He may bark when meeting new people as he craves the attention and affection, and then will be so quick to stick to your side like glue looking for any opportunity for a cuddle. Belly rubs are Frankie's absolute favourites, and he will even jump up on his hind legs and beg you with those puppy eyes just for one more scratch.

Honey is more timid and sensitive by nature. She is extremely active and is obsessed with chasing the ball. But when it comes to meeting other dogs and humans, she would rather keep her distance as this can be an anxious event for her. She may respond by giving the other dog a nip if not given the space she needs. With the people she is familiar with, she could not be more cuddly, loyal and affectionate. She is medicated with Fluoxatine tablets to help her with the separation anxiety she endures.

Both Frankie and Honey can be reactive towards other dogs and may bark when people come to the door. But once they see you come inside they are quick to settle and want nothing more but to be friends.

Both dogs require daily walking and opportunities to use their sniffly little noses. They are used to having minimal human interaction during the day, so are definitely looking for a home where they will get the time and attention they crave.

Frankie and Honey love sleeping underneath their blankets, whether it be sharing a bed with a human, lying cosy on a couch, or snuggled up in their crate.

Both dogs are toilet trained predominantly well. They require access to both indoors and outdoors 24/7 of the time which allows them the flexibility to go to the toilet whenever they please. When it is a frosty morning or the weather is wet, they do need some extra convincing to go to the toilet or an accident may occur. But this is very rare in occurance. 

Frankie and Honey eat Blackhawk biscuits topped with some cooked chicken every single day. Frankie eats extremely fast, so feeding them separately is a must so that Honey can take her time to enjoy her food and not go hungry.
