Gentle Tigger is a true survivor.
Tigger is 5 and a half years old and For five and a half years, Tigger lived tied to a rope. The deep indent that has marked his fur is a heartbreaking reminder of the life he endured. Through rain, hail, scorching heat, and freezing cold, he was left exposed to the harsh elements. How he protected himself from predators or found comfort during those years, only Tigger knows.
Eventually, Tigger was surrendered to the council, and we were fortunate enough to rescue him and give him the fresh start he had always deserved.
The first few weeks in foster care were heartbreaking. Tigger paced constantly, unsure how to relax. After spending most of his life restrained, he simply didn’t understand that he was finally free. Slowly, with patience, kindness, and love, he began to trust his new world.
Today, Tigger has settled beautifully with his foster carer and her pets. He is the gentlest, easiest-going champagne-coloured boy you could ever hope to meet. He loves spending time outdoors during the day and happily sleeps safely indoors each night.
Tigger adores a chat and has the loudest, happiest purr. He has the sweetest nature and not a bad bone in his body. After everything he has endured, he greets each day with nothing but love, proving that even the hardest beginnings can have the happiest endings.
Now all Tigger needs is a forever family who will cherish him for the rest of his life. Tigger is desexed, microchipped and vaccinated. Uses the litter box.
