Hello... my name is Scully.

I’m not the kind of cat who will race to the front of my enclosure demanding attention. Life at the shelter has felt a little big and scary for me, so I often choose a cosy hideaway where I can watch the world from a safe distance. But if you take a moment to sit with me, speak softly, and let me know I’m safe, you'll see the real me begin to shine.

The staff here absolutely adore me. They always tell visitors what a sweet, gentle boy I am, and they know one of my favourite things in the world is affection. Once I trust you, I can't help myself - I’ll lean in for pats, rub my head against your hand, and happily soak up every cuddle you have to offer. Those quiet moments together are when I feel happiest.

I'm looking for a calm and loving home where I can settle in at my own pace. A place with cosy beds, sunny spots, and kind people who understand that sometimes the biggest hearts need a little extra time to feel brave.
