Medications:
💊 Pimobendan for his heart murmur twice daily on an empty stomach ongoing
💊 Trilostane for his Cushing’s disease twice daily ongoing
💊 Gabapentin as needed if getting stressed being left alone
Diet 🍗: Royal Canin Gastrointestinal wet food as primary food due to previous gastrointestinal issues but managed well with this diet
Drinks and pees a lot due to his Cushing’s for which he has only just started his medications. This will stabilise over time. He will need free access to a doggy toilet!
Adoption details
Our focus is on senior dogs only. We house them with our foster carers till we find a suitable home for them. Our founder is a certified palliative care veterinarian who puts forward a clinical and general wellbeing plan for each dog. We then advertise with complete transparency of the dog’s medical condition and estimated monthly cost of care.
