In good health and brimming with gentle charm, she found herself in our care after her original owner made the decision to surrender her, recognizing they could no longer provide the time, love, and attention she truly deserves. While a shelter transition can be a lot to take in, Chanel is taking it all in her stride and is simply looking for a dedicated home ready to spoil her with the affection she craves.

When you first meet Chanel, you will notice she can be just a little timid. She takes her time assessing new situations, but she has a very predictable weakness: yummy treats! Pair a few delicious snacks with a soft, gentle approach, and this sweet girl warms up to you in no time. Once she knows she can trust you, her shy exterior melts away, revealing a deeply loyal, affectionate companion who will gladly stick by your side.

Because she appreciates a calmer environment while she builds her confidence, Chanel is best suited to a household with older children beyond secondary school age who can respect her space and offer a gentle introduction. She also shows great potential to share her space with a furry sibling and may be suitable to live with another resident dog.
