Meet Toby!

Toby is a gorgeous black cat with a gentle soul and a heart that's still learning to feel safe. Since arriving in care, shelter life has been a little overwhelming for this sweet boy, and he often prefers the comfort of his box where he can quietly watch the world go by. While Toby can be timid, he absolutely melts for a soft chin scratch, and those small moments of trust are a beautiful reminder of the loving companion he's waiting to become.

Toby is looking for a calm, patient home where he can settle in at his own pace and build confidence without pressure. He would do best with older, respectful children who can understand his need for space, and he'll need a dedicated launch room filled with cosy hiding spots while he adjusts.

With time, kindness, and plenty of reassurance, Toby has all the potential to blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion for the special person willing to give him the chance.
