3. Could you please tell us about yourself including your address, the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Toast the time he needs to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Toast be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for him during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Toast quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Toast be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as he pleases? Please describe his future sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?
