💔 A Heartbreaking Plea for Max & Axel 💔

Max and Axle, Bull Terrier x Dane, weighing around 35kg- 40kg , 2 bonded brothers not just by blood but by everything they have gone through together since being rescued at 18 months old.

Axle was almost blind due to severe entropion on both eyes so he was relying on Max his brother for support.
Max always knew he had to be strong for his brother. Max is the more outgoing ,Axle a bit shy in the beginning.

Once rescued, Axle received much needed surgery for his eyes and for the 1st time in his lofe , he was able to see the world without pain.

The brothers then got adopted back in 2020 by 2 wonderful loving humans , they have been living a wonderful life as a part of the family.
They are friendly gentle, funny, loving, loyal and loves being with their humans. They have been wonderful with their kids since the day they were born.

Unfortunately now, through no fault of their own, 6 years on the family made a heartbreaking decision to rehome them, out of love .

They recognise that their family situation has changed drastically. Having 2 young kids. With kids being unpredictable etc . Their 4yo recently has been antagonising the dogs, and got a warning contact nip.

Max and Axel have grown up alongside their kids and have been loving companions since the day he was born.
However, after many difficult conversations, countless tears, and a great deal of soul-searching, the family came to the painful conclusion that they can no longer provide the environment that is best for Axle & Max.

Max and Axel are truly gentle giants. They are affectionate, loyal, and happiest when they are with their people. They have always been wonderful with humans and have never shown aggression towards people. They love long walks, beach adventures, lounging indoors, and spending their days playing and wrestling together. Despite entering their senior years, they still have plenty of love, life, and enthusiasm to share

They love these boys deeply. They are family.
And because they love them so much, they want to give them the opportunity to thrive in a home better suited to their needs in their senior years.

They want to set them up for success and ensure they have the happiest future possible.

Max and Axel have been loyal companions, cherished family members, and wonderful dogs throughout their lives.
They deserve a home where they will be loved just as fiercely as they have loved their current family.

🏡 Because of their incredible bond, we are seeking:
• A home where they can remain together , Max cant live without Axle and Axle will not survive without Max.

• A secure property with room to stretch their legs and enjoy life
• An adult-only home, or a home with older, dog-savvy young people (12+)
• Someone willing to welcome two devoted, affectionate companions into their family

A little more about the boys: 🐾 They have primarily lived indoor as part of the family
🐾 They walk beautifully on lead
🐾 They adore cuddles, companionship, and being close to their humans
🐾 They are healthy, desexed, vaccinated, and up to date with all veterinary care
🐾 They have never had any concerns raised during their vet checks
