Our Adoption Process 🐾

We aim to make the adoption process smooth and supportive, while ensuring every pet is placed in a safe, loving home.

1. Application
• Complete our application form in full.

Include photos of your secure fencing, yard, and where the pet will sleep.
You may send photos via email: gaarinc21@gmail.com

We welcome questions via the enquiry button but we can not respond to ‘Statements’ - use the application form instead.

2. Review

• A team member will contact you via email if we require any further information. Please check your spam/junk folder regularly. If your application is shortlisted, we will also contact you by phone to discuss it further.

3. Agreement
• If approved, you’ll receive an adoption agreement to sign and return.
• Proof of address must be provided with your application or at the meet-and-greet.

4. Meet & Greet /

• A meet-and-greet will be arranged if you live in the same state. Otherwise, transport can be organised to your area, where you will have a 14-day trial period.

5. Transport and Date organised

6. Adoption Finalisation
• Once successful, adoption is completed and your new family member officially becomes yours.
