Meet Red Rover!

Surrendered to us when his owners were downsizing, Red Rover is feeling a little confused being here. But that hasn't stopped his beautiful nature from shining through, and we can see he is so excited to find his forever humans and begin his next chapter.

We would love to tell you a little about this sweet dog. Red Rover is a gentle and sweet shepherd. While he loves being around people, he is equally happy doing his own thing and is definitely good at being independent. He is good at keeping himself entertained whether that's munching on some treats, nibbling at plush toys or sniffing and exploring in the yard.

Red Rover loves going on walks and is a delight on lead. He walks gently and is happy to keep at your pace. He will need daily walks and appreciates new routes where he can explore new smells, sights and sounds. He is a very smart boy and will need daily enrichment. Anything from walks, food puzzles and training sessions are his jam.

Although Red Rover is the friendliest boy with people, he isn't the biggest fan of other dogs for now. He will need to be the only dog in the home while he works on this! If there are any kids in the home, they will need to be secondary aged or above as Red Rover will be best suited to this age.
