Meet Cali – A Little Puppy with a Whole Lot of Love 💚

Cali is an 11-week-old Staffy X with the most beautiful green eyes and a heart full of love. She’s a happy, affectionate little girl who is thriving in foster care and is ready to find a family to call her own.

Cali is the perfect combination of playful and cuddly. She’s happiest curled up on the couch with her people and would happily spend hours snuggled up in your lap. When she’s not soaking up affection, you’ll find her playing with her toys, proudly stealing the odd sock, or stretched out on her back in the sunshine with her favourite treat.

Like any young puppy, Cali is learning all the important life skills. She’s sleeping through the night in her crate, confidently using the dog door, and is well on her way to being toilet trained. Every day she grows a little more independent while still keeping her loving, people-focused nature.

Although she’s still completing her vaccination schedule and isn’t ready for adventures on the ground just yet, her foster mum has been introducing her to the world by carrying her through busy environments filled with new sights, sounds, and smells. This early socialisation is helping her grow into a confident, well-rounded puppy.

Cali has been raised alongside a giant breed dog and two cats and has loved every minute of it. She adores having a canine companion to wrestle, play, and learn from, so she would thrive in a home with a friendly, playful resident dog.

Being a young puppy, Cali is still teething and learning appropriate puppy manners, so she is best suited to a home with children aged 8 years and over. Her new family will also need to be committed to continuing her training, socialisation, and enrichment. Thankfully, Cali is incredibly food motivated, making training both rewarding and fun.

Cali’s adoption fee is $800, which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms and is microchipped.

She is currently in foster care in Gorokan, NSW. As she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption within the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland, Cessnock, Upper Hunter including Singleton and Muswellbrook), as well as the Central Coast and Sydney. She will need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing by 6 months.
