About Anna
Anna – A Little Sunshine with a Big Heart
Meet Anna, the smallest little lady of the litter and a puppy whose favourite place in the world is snuggled up in someone's arms.
Anna didn’t receive much handling before coming into our care and can be she/timid and will need time to feel happy and safe in a new environment.
Anna is ready to find a forever family to love. A beautiful blend of border collie with a sprinkle of a mixed breed, she combines intelligence, loyalty and sweetness in one adorable puppy package.
While her siblings are busy exploring/playing, Anna is often the first to seek out a cuddle. She loves being close to her people and has a gentle, affectionate nature that melts hearts wherever she goes. Whether it's curling up beside you on the couch, following you around the yard or enjoying a quiet nap in your lap, Anna is happiest when she's sharing her love.
Anna will need another confident male dog in the home to show her life is safe and to help her be confidence around people and in new environments.
Anna is also curious, playful and eager to discover the world around her. She enjoys toys, adventures and learning new things, making her the perfect companion for a family committed to helping her grow into a confident and well-mannered adult.
As she grows, Anna will thrive with ongoing training, socialisation and plenty of inclusion in family life. In return, she promises a lifetime of loyalty, companionship and endless puppy cuddles.
If you're looking for a sweet-natured best friend who will brighten your days and fill your home with love, Anna could be the perfect match.
Anna is ready to trade puppy kisses for a forever family — could that family be yours?
We always recommend post-adoption training whether it be at home or with a professional. Training doesn’t have to be a chore – it can be a fun experience for you and puppy, it doesn’t have to take long and is a great way for you to bond with your new pal.
Anna requires the following in her new home:
- Another desexed male dog in the home (not senior or puppy).
- A fully secure yard.
- To have the option of being inside when her people are home and to sleep of a night.
- Continued training with toileting, walking on lead and confidence.
- A patient and calm home environment.
- No young children under 12.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis. We assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animals needs.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home, please send us a detailed email with some information about the people and any other animals in your home, as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteers who run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home must attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a fully refundable 2 week trial period. If you ever find yourself unable to care for, or keep your pet, please contact us and they will come back into our care, or we will do our best to assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
