About Potato Bake
*In foster care in Carlton, Sydney*
Potato Bake (PB) is the playful heart of his litter and the most adventurous of his siblings. His curiosity takes him to the highest perch of the cat tree, where he’ll meow at his own shadow dancing on the ceiling. He’s easy going and would be well suited to either lively or calm homes, taking new sights and sounds in his stride.
A true lap cat for all occasions. PB adores chin scratches and will happily melt into cuddles. He loves caring and gently grooming his siblings. PB would thrive in a home that offers affection back, whether from humans or other friendly pets.
Like all Maggie’s pets, Potato Bake is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I would do wonderfully in a home with other animals or affectionate humans who enjoy a mix of play and cozy lap time. I am pretty adaptable and easy going so a busy house or a relaxed home would be fine. Perhaps you have room in your heart to adopt me and my brother Sir Stanley too? MY ENERGY LEVEL: I am a typical kitten I love playing with my toys, shadows and anything that jingles. I am extremely enthusiastic at meal times. This is where you will be blessed with my loud celebrations that it is finalllyyyyy meal time. I am known to do a zoom or two out of excitement too! But like all kittens, I also nap and cuddle as hard as I play. Once I am tuckered out, I hope you have a lap ready for me to get some cuddles and chin scratches.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I am yet to meet any kids, but I think I would get along with cat savvy ones!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love my cat siblings. I enjoy grooming and playing with them. I am very gentle so would likely get along with other cats as well. We would just need to have slow introductions.
I haven’t met any dogs yet, but a cat friendly dog might be ok!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
