About Marshall
Hello there! I'm Marshall, and I'm officially accepting applications for my forever family.
APPLICATION PROCESS APPLIES FOR Marshall
PLEASE COMPLETE THE BELOW APPLICATION FORM

My Ideal Home:
• I'll need daily exercise - walks, park or beach trips, and playtime in the backyard will keep me happy and healthy.
• Ongoing training and guidance with basic manners will help me grow into a well-behaved companion.
• I want to be part of the family indoors - not left outside without interaction.
• Secure fencing is essential to keep me safe.
• I'd love plenty of toys and mental enrichment to keep my busy mind occupied.
• Most importantly, I'm looking for lots of love and attention from my family.
• When I get excited, I can be a little bouncy and mouthy, so any children in the home would need to feel comfortable and confident around an energetic, enthusiastic dog joining the family.
• I am very social with other dogs & love saying hi. I was brought into she shelter though because I had gotten into a fight with the other dog that I was living with. To prevent this from happening again it may be best for me to be the only dog at home but with lots of socialization and play dates when out & about.
• With a slow and thoughtful introduction, I may be able to live with a dog savvy cat.
• I was very skinny when I first arrived at the shelter, despite this I am the most sweetest loving boy who deserves the absolute world <3
My Paw-some Perks:
• I'm a very happy pup with the cutest little wiggle-butt when I'm excited.
• I'm highly food motivated, which makes training lots of fun and helps me learn quickly.
• I absolutely love attention, cuddles, hugs, kisses and head scratches, and I'm quite partial to snoozing on the couch with my humans.
• I LOVE toys - especially teddies
• I'm exuberant and full of beans, always ready for fun and adventure.
• I'm clever, enthusiastic, and would thrive with a family who'll continue my training and maybe even teach me some cool new tricks. I already know how to sit & shake hands when asked
Training & Support Needs:
• I would benefit from a home/family that will provide me with ongoing basic training so that I am the best mannered boy that I can be.
• I can pull on the lead when excited but I do settle and look to my person for further direction. Further on lead training and walking in a harness would be beneficial.
Please Note: You'll only be able to meet Marshall if your application is approved. Successful applicants will be invited to the shelter for a meet-and-greet, and any dogs currently in the home must attend as well
