About Florence

Florence is a curious and playful kitten with a soft spot for belly rubs. Though let's be real - this sweet fluffy girl is one giant soft spot!
In fact, she's all the good things about cats: cuddly and loving, a huge fan of playtime (especially when you get involved!), and a VERY pretty princess who adores being brushed!
We think Florence would enjoy life with a single person, couple or small family, ideally with another cat or two for company. She and her brother Nelson (www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1201016) get along really well, so they'd make a wonderful pair for anyone able to take both!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Florence is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... is relatively calm and peaceful, with affectionate humans who'll let me settle in at my own pace. I love attention once trust is built, so somewhere with relaxed vibes and quality time for grooming and pats would be purrfect!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Sky-high! I might take a minute to get going - but once I realise a game is afoot, I'm all in!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm adventurous at heart, so I make friends pretty fast with gentle kids who love to play as much as I do! A kind and patient household will definitely bring out my best.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Having grown up in a big litter, I'm all about multi-cat life!
I'm not familiar with dogs, but if you've got a nice one, we can always give it a try?

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
