About Oscar
Introducing Oscar – One Very Smart Suited Kitty
Dressed to impress in his handsome tuxedo coat, Oscar is a clever, affectionate little boy with a personality as charming as his looks.
As the only male in his litter, Oscar has mastered the art of getting his own way—although his sisters are always happy to remind him who's really in charge! He loves spending time with them in their outdoor enclosure, soaking up the warm winter sunshine before racing off for another game or adventure. Cat trees hold a special place in his heart.
Like most kittens, Oscar is playful, curious and full of fun but he also has a gentle loving nature. He enjoys human company and is always happy to stop for a cuddle after playtime. Having been raised in foster care, Oscar has been well socialised with both cats and dogs, giving him a wonderful start in life.
Now all Oscar needs is a family to call his own. Whether you're looking for a playful companion or a snuggly best friend, this smart little tuxedo boy is ready to steal your heart.
If you think Oscar could be the perfect addition to your family, please submit an online adoption application. If your application is successful, one of our volunteers will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
Oscar is currently in foster care in Cobbitty.
Adoption details
STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: I will come desexed, vaccinated (1st F3) and microchipped and will have up to date worm and flea treatments.
ADOPTING ME: You must be able to provide me with a loving long term and safe home. I would be fine in an apartment as long as I didn't have free run of the balcony if it wasn't fully enclosed. Please ensure your house or apartment can contain a cat inside (ie fly screens etc).
Please remember that I have thought seriously about taking you on and when you take me home, I am committing to you for life. So, I hope you have thought seriously about this and are likewise planning on committing to me.
ABOUT YOU: Given you know all about me, my foster parents would like to know something about who my new parents are going to be. They have rescued me and have given me a lot of care and love. I know they love me and therefore want the best for me.
ABOUT US: AWL Western Suburbs branch wants to promote adoptions of cats from our foster carers & pounds. If you would like to help us, please feel free to contact us and find out how you may assist, including being a foster parent.
All adoptions will require a Pre-adoption application form completed and returned prior to a meet & greet with our cats. Please note that several people may be applying for the same cat so we need time to review all applicants. We do not re-home to the first to apply, we re-home to who best suits the needs of the cat or kitten. All applications will be considered individually and approval will be at the discretion of the AWL NSW Branch Representative, with their decision being final.
