About Bowie
🌞🦜 Meet Bowie – Looking for His Forever Home! 🦜🌞
Bowie aka Skittles is a beautiful 12-month-old Sun Conure who is searching for a loving forever family.
Believed to be male (DNA testing has not been done), Bowie is hand tame, very friendly, and loves to chat. He has a bright, playful personality and enjoys interacting with his people.
We would ideally like Bowie to go to a home with previous parrot experience or someone who has taken the time to thoroughly research Sun Conures and their care. These intelligent birds require plenty of enrichment, social interaction, and lifelong commitment.
⚠️ Please note: Sun Conures are naturally very loud birds. Their vocalisations are completely normal and are the reason Bowie was surrendered to us. Please only apply if you understand and are prepared for the noise levels that come with this wonderful species. 💛
