About Alanah
Meet Alanah, a beautiful girl looking for a calm, understanding home where she can truly shine. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with patience, gentle interactions, and respect for her boundaries, Alanah blossoms into a lovely companion who enjoys a good pat and cuddle from the people she trusts.
She will do best in an adult-only home with someone who understands cat body language and is happy to let her settle in at her own pace. Predictable, gentle routines will help build her confidence, and she'll love having toys to play with and a cat tree where she can perch, explore, and watch the world go by. She may also enjoy the company of another friendly, confident cat, provided introductions are slow and carefully managed to give her time to feel safe.
If you have a quiet home and a gentle heart, Alanah would love the chance to show you just how special she is.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
