Hi, my name is Freya! ✨
This beautiful girl arrived into foster care as a devoted mum-to-be. Shortly after, she gave birth to six beautiful kittens and spent her early days focused entirely on keeping them safe 💞 Freya was protective of her babies and unsure of the human touch, but oh how far she has blossomed into a beautiful house cat… 🌸
Now that all of her babies have found loving homes, Freya is learning everyday how much love and trust we have to share with her. With patience and kindness, she has blossomed into an incredibly sweet and affectionate girl 🥰 Freya enjoys sitting on your lap, perhaps while you’re reading or watching tv, receiving pats and tummy rubs. This is a great way to bond with her and she will purr and make air biscuits to show you that she is feeling safe and loved 🐾 Freya loves spending her days perched at the top of her cat tree where she can oversee the activities of the home. She also enjoys sitting by a window, happily sunbathing and watching the world go by 🌞 At night times, Freya likes to spend her evenings playing with toys, a true kitten at heart ❤️ Having been such a caring mother, Freya still shows strong maternal instincts and particularly enjoys the company of young kittens 🐱
Freya would thrive in a quieter household or with older children who understand and respect her boundaries. She continues to gain confidence every day and will come out of her shell quickly with the right family who will give her the time she needs to continue building her confidence. In return, Freya will reward you with her gentle nature, sweet personality and the special bond that comes from earning the trust of a truly deserving cat. She must maintain an indoor-only lifestyle for her ongoing safety and wellbeing 🏡
