A gentle little soul with the sweetest nature once he feels safe. Cabernet just like a fine wine gets better with time.
He will be his best self in a calm, quiet environment with no little people, loud noises and a busy household will be too overwhelming. His new family will understand that trust cant be rushed and will give him the patience he needs to build his confidence.
One thing that will help Cabernet settle in is another friendly confident cat companion. Someone to take him under his wing and show him the ropes, someone who can show him that humans are really quite loving once he lets them in ✅😺 He could also live with a nice CALM dog ✅🐶
Cabernet has the an adorable getter nature and a fun little playful side.

If you're interested in submitting an application for an animal, please complete the online form. If we think you may be a match, one of our team members will be in touch to arrange an appointment.
Please note it is compulsory that we meet any existing dogs with the GAWS dog of interest to help ensure a good match for all involved. In addition, all household members are required to attend the meet and greet to assess the dog's interaction. We do not monitor PetRescue enquiries and all applications must come through our website.
