About Scott
Let us introduce ourselves to you. We are Bon and Scott, two cream ginger tabbies that are two years old. We are brothers who are vey close and we need to stay together when we find our forever home. We are two very handsome boys.
We are quiet cats. We want to live a life where we can feel comfortable and safe. We are inside cats but love to look out the window, particularly if the maggies turn up for a feed. On a cold day we will find a sunny spot in the lounge room and bask in the warmth. We have access to a tall cat tree which we enjoy sleeping on. We like the tallest spot or one of the buckets to sleep in at night.
It has taken us a little time while in foster to feel comfortable in the household. You may find we are shy when you first take us home but when we feel secure you will see our lovely personalities. We both don't enjoy being picked up but we absolutely love being brushed. If someone is sitting on a couch relaxing, we will come and lounge with you. It's during this time we enjoy having our tummies rubbed and our faces and backs petted. When we are truly confident you can give us a hug and hold us.
We are grown ups now so we are quite happy relaxing most of the time but every so often we race around the lounge room chasing ping pong balls on the wooden floor. We enjoy it when the humans play with us by throwing small soft toys. We also like fresh catnip and will roll around in it, to enjoy the smell.
We have been in a household with a number of other cats. In our ideal forever home, it would be great if it were just the two of us together. As individuals Scott (who has the slightly coarser coat) is little less confident than Bon (his coat is slightly sleeker). Once he is comfortable, Bon will always want to keep you company on the couch and loll on you. Bon will take a little longer to do the same. Both of us love our food both dry and wet. Some fresh food is also appreciated. We are a team, so we need to eat together but from separate plates for wet food in particular.
We would love a home with kind loving humans that will care and interact with us and where we will show our appreciation of that care.
NEEDS: indoors only, no sun, no cats, no dogs, no children (under 10), regular grooming
MEDICAL: blocked tear ducts
BONDED: Bon 63350
