Hello, I'm Spike - a sweet, handsome boy with long white whiskers, adorable white feet, and the most soothing purr. I'm searching for a loving forever home with room to play, a cosy couch for cuddle time, and a family to share plenty of love with.
About Me
I love chasing little soft toys, batting them across the floor, and proudly carrying them around the house. I enjoy having a bit of indoor space to stretch my legs and explore, and after playtime I'm a cuddly little gentleman who's happiest snoozing on the couch or curled up in a lap.
Once I've settled in and feel safe, I'm very affectionate. I don't mind being picked up or patted, and I'll happily reward you with loud purrs of appreciation. I also love knowing what my people are up to, so don't be surprised if I follow you around the house as your adorable little supervisor.
One of my favourite things is winding down with my family for couch time, movie time, or a cosy snuggle on the bed.
I'm also a big fan of food and all kinds of cat treats. At mealtime I come running, and I'll do best in a home where I can enjoy a regular, predictable routine.
My Ideal Home
• I've done well in foster care with adults, teenagers, other friendly cats, and small dogs.
• I would be most comfortable in a home without small children.
• I'll need a quiet, safe space of my own while I adjust to my new surroundings.
• It may take me a little time to show my full affectionate and playful personality, but I'm well worth the wait.
What I'm Looking For
My perfect home is with someone who understands that I may need a little patience while I settle in, but who will also enjoy having a loyal companion nearby. If you can offer soft toys, snuggly downtime, gentle play, and lots of love, I could be the perfect match for you.
