About Giblette
Meet 🩶Giblette🤍
I am the Head of Household Security. I may seem a little shy at first - perhaps even a bit scatty - but I do enjoy company. I like knowing my people are nearby, even if I occasionally pretend I don't. I operate on my own schedule, especially when it comes to pats. Sometimes I'm simply too busy (sleeping) for affection... and other times I will demand scratches immediately and with great urgency.
One thing you should know about me: I take fuzzy blankets very seriously. If you sit on the couch with a soft blanket on your lap, I will politely (or not so politely) request to sit there for scratches, naps, and quality supervision time. Other times, if you are elsewhere in the house, I will demand you make your way to the designated blanket area, so I may nap on you. This is one of my favourite activities! I would greatly appreciate a nice soft blanket or bed in a spot with a good view, so I can lounge the days away while watching the birds outside!
I am also an expert biscuit maker 👩🏻🍳 Occasionally I become so passionate about my craft that my back legs stop cooperating and float mysteriously into the air while I knead. I consider this a sign of dedication. At night, I perform important guard cat duties by patrolling the house to ensure everything is safe and secure. It's a big responsibility, but I take my work very seriously.
I'm not really a fan of other cats or dogs, and would much prefer a home where I'm the only furry friend around 🚫😺 🚫🐶 Due to my light colouring I will need to live indoors only.
If you are looking for a gentle little companion with excellent blanket taste, strong security instincts, and occasional noodle legs, I may be the cat for you.
