Sweet, playful and ready to bloom! 🌸
At just 9 months old, Poppy has already come such a long way. After spending the first part of her life on a rural property with very little exposure to the world, she's discovering just how wonderful life can be—and she's embracing it more every day.
Poppy is now a happy, playful young girl who absolutely ADORES other dogs! 🐶💕 Whether it's zoomies around the yard, making new canine friends or curling up beside them for a snooze, another friendly dog is her happy place.
Her favourite things include: 🐾 Playing with her doggy friends 🚶 Exploring on daily walks (she now walks better on lead!) 🧸
Learning new things 🌞 Enjoying the freedom of simply being a puppy
Poppy is the more confident of the sisters and is blossoming into a lovely young dog who's almost ready to take on the world.
She's eager to learn, isn't an escape artist, and is doing really well with her toilet training, although as she's still a puppy, a few accidents should be expected while she settles into her new home.

Poppy would be perfectly happy in a suburban, semi-rural or rural home, provided she has a secure grassed yard and lots of opportunities for exercise, play and companionship.
Since her best friend Pippy found her forever family, we'd absolutely love to see Poppy's turn come soon too. 💕 She deserves to spend the rest of her puppyhood where she belongs—not growing up in a pound.

Adoption details
Call Queanbeyan Council on 1300 735 025 to be transferred through to an Animal care Officer that works at the facility. The animal care officer will take your details, send you an application form and if suitable make contact to book in a meet and greet at the facility with the desired pet.
Adoption fee cost:
When you purchase the animal they will either be desexed or the cost of desexing will be included in the fee. You will receive a voucher to take to a local vet to have the animal operated on. All animals adopted from our animal management facility receive free lifetime registration in NSW.
