About Fern
Meet Fern, a charming little Pomeranian with a heart full of love and a curious spirit. This adorable 2.6 kg bundle of fluff may be small in size, but he has a giant personality. Fern is on a quest to find a new family who will offer him the comfort and security he needs to thrive.
Fern can be a bit shy and reserved when meeting new people, but his sweet personality shines through as he begins to feel at ease. Once he warms up, Fern is motivated by cuddles and affection. This lovely little man has a gentle nature, and he did very well during his bath, proving just how adaptable and well-mannered he can be. Fern will need regular grooming.
Fern is excellent with other little dogs and has lived harmoniously with a cat companion who wasn't inclined to run. While he is initially wary of new experiences, his natural curiosity will soon take over, encouraging him to explore his surroundings with delight.
Fern is not house trained.
Fern thrives with love, gentle guidance, and lots of positive reinforcement. He is still learning the ropes of lead training, so patience and consistency will go a long way in helping him become a confident walker.
If you're seeking a sweet and loving addition to your family, Fern might just be the perfect fit. Embrace the opportunity to nurture this lovely little man, and you'll be rewarded with endless affection and companionship.
Medical notes
Fern received a dental scale with incisor extractions.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
