💕 Meet Lechonk 💕

If you’re looking for a dog who believes personal space is optional, then Lechonk might just be your perfect match.

This beautiful girl is overflowing with love, affection, and cuddles. Her favourite place in the world is wherever her people are, preferably with her nose wedged between you and the couch, curled up under your chin, or somehow trying to fit her entire body into your lap. She has only ever known love and it shows in her sweet, trusting nature.

Lechonk came into care through absolutely no fault of her own. She was deeply loved by her previous owner, who made the heartbreaking decision to surrender her due to serious health issues that meant they could no longer safely manage such a happy, enthusiastic girl.

She’s a little clumsy, not always the sharpest tool in the shed, and often has no idea where her feet are going—but that’s all part of her charm. What she lacks in grace, she makes up for in kindness.

This food-loving lady is highly motivated by snacks (as her waistline will happily confirm!) and is currently working on a healthier lifestyle. She absolutely loves playing tug and would thrive in a home with another friendly dog around her size who enjoys a good game and some rough-and-tumble play.

Since coming into foster care, she has gotten along beautifully with my three male dogs and has formed a particularly special bond with my young foster puppy. She genuinely enjoys the company of other dogs and would love a canine friend to share adventures with.

In return, she’ll offer endless cuddles, unconditional love, plenty of laughs, and a loyal companion who just wants to be part of the family.
