Antarctica came into our care as a stray, so we have no background history and her suitability with other pets is unknown. What we do know is that she is still learning that humans can be trusted. New people and situations can make her nervous, and she will need a patient, understanding family willing to let her settle in at her own pace.

This lovely girl is searching for an experienced rescue family or cat-savvy adopter who understands feline behaviour and appreciates the quiet victories that come with helping a shy cat gain confidence. While she may not be the cat who jumps straight into your lap on day one, she is already showing signs of the affectionate companion she can become.
