Meet Whinny.

Winston is a 4-year-old Jack Russell and is a happy, affectionate little gentleman who has stolen the hearts of his foster family. He loves being around his people and is always ready for a cuddle, a tasty treat, or an adventure.

This sweet boy enjoys car rides, walks, and spending time with those he loves. He’s currently learning to walk nicely on a lead and is making great progress every day. Winston is eager to please and responds well to positive encouragement (especially when treats are involved!).

Winston has a seizure condition that is well managed with medication, and he is thriving in foster care. His new family will need to be committed to continuing his medication and providing him with the love and care he deserves. His medication costs around $18 for about 200 tablets. He is having 2 tablets per day.

Due to his medical condition and his preference for a calmer environment, Winston would be best suited to a home without young children. He would love a family who can give him plenty of attention, companionship, and a comfortable place to relax after his daily adventures.

Whinny has had heartworm but has completed his treatment and is now heartworm free!
