Introducing our big lanky boy, Terry Jefferds!

Terry is a friendly boy with a gentle soul, who's finding life in the shelter quite overwhelming and would love to find his forever home as soon as he can.

As friendly as he is, he does find new people a little intimidating at times, so he is looking for a home with either adults only or a family with children who are at least 10 years old and can respect his needs and give him space when things get overwhelming.

He might enjoy living with another medium/large doggo who can show him the ropes in his new home and offer some company when his humans are away. So if you have a dog who would welcome this beautiful boy into your home, please bring them along for a meet and greet. However, he would prefer a home with no small dogs, cats or pocket pets.

Being an ex-racing greyhound, Terry has missed out on some experiences that most dogs are familiar with. So it may take him a little extra time to get used to his new life. But if you have the time, patience and love to let this beautiful boy settle into his new home, he'll repay you by providing you with bedtime snuggles, fun daily walks and zoomies and endless laughs!
