About Waffle
Meet Waffle! This handsome young boy is full of curiosity and loves exploring his surroundings. After spending some time in foster care, Waffle is now ready to find a patient and loving home where he can continue to build his confidence at his own pace.
Waffle can be a little shy at first, but with gentle encouragement he has become more playful and relaxed. He would thrive in a spacious indoor enclosure filled with tunnels, hides and plenty of toys to keep his clever mind busy. Like all rabbits, he is sensitive to temperature extremes, but he would love some supervised outdoor time where he can safely explore and enjoy fresh grass.
This sweet boy would do best with an experienced rabbit family who understand that trust takes time. He may enjoy the company of another friendly rabbit in the future, as he has grown up with rabbit companions and enjoys having a bunny friend around. If you're looking for an inquisitive little companion and are happy to let him come out of his shell in his own time, come meet Waffle today!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
