🐶 Meet Maverick – The Bright, Resilient Little Survivor 🐾💛

Maverick is a young, energetic, and incredibly affectionate pup who has come such a long way in a short time. Since arriving in care, he has made fantastic progress — gaining healthy weight, regrowing his coat, and showing his bright, loving personality.

Now that he’s feeling much better, Maverick is full of playful puppy energy but also absolutely loves cuddles and being close to his people. He is crate trained and potty trained, with only the occasional accident expected as he continues learning.

He enjoys car rides, is good with other dogs and children, and is settling beautifully into home life. Maverick is still working on some food manners and can be a little enthusiastic around meals, but he is already improving with gentle guidance and consistency.

He is still learning about lead walking and the outside world, but he is showing all the right signs to continue progressing well.

Maverick has truly blossomed in care and is now ready to bring his loving, playful, and resilient nature into a forever home. 🐾💛

Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations, because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to you in Perth.
