Violet is a truly special girl whose gentle nature and sweet personality make her impossible not to fall in love with. Beneath her elegant exterior is a snuggly, affectionate companion who forms beautiful bonds with her people and rewards them with endless cuddles, loyalty and plenty of adorable moments.

Violet would ideally love a home with a medium to large canine companion to help guide her as she settles into family life. She takes great comfort from following the lead of another dog and has shown wonderful manners around the many greyhounds and larger dogs she has met. She is still getting to know dogs of other breeds and can become a little excited when meeting them, but she is learning quickly and continues to make positive progress.

She would be happiest in a house with a yard to enjoy, but could also thrive in an apartment provided she receives regular walks and opportunities to explore the world at her own pace. Violet walks beautifully on lead, staying calmly by your side without pulling, making daily outings a pleasure.

At home, Violet is a dream. She settles quickly, is clean indoors, sleeps soundly through the night, and is comfortable spending time on her own. She has met young children and has been very gentle and calm, although she can be a little unsure around small people and would benefit from patient introductions.

Violet is still discovering the world around her and continues to grow in confidence every day. She appreciates gentle encouragement and positive experiences as she adjusts to new people and environments. It's been wonderful watching her personality emerge, and her future family will have the privilege of seeing even more of her beautiful character shine through.

Described by her foster carer as "perfect", Violet carries herself with the grace of a little princess. Her bouncy ears spring to attention the moment she hears her favourite word, and her intelligent eyes constantly look to her trusted humans for reassurance. With a gentle word of encouragement, she finds the courage to keep going. Behind her timid exterior is a sweet, goofy, incredibly loving girl who is just waiting for the right family to help her shine.
