About Lexi
🐾 Meet Lexi 🐾
Breed: Kelpie
Age: Young
Personality: Energetic, affectionate, loyal
Lexi is a bright and lively young Kelpie with a heart just as big as her energy levels! True to her breed, she thrives on activity, adventure, and having a purpose-whether that's chasing a ball, exploring the outdoors, or learning new tricks. She's an intelligent girl who will absolutely shine in a home that can keep her both mentally and physically engaged.
But don't let her playful spirit fool you-Lexi has a wonderfully soft side too. After a day of fun, she's more than happy to wind down with her people, soaking up affection and curling up for a cosy cuddle on the couch. She forms strong bonds with her humans and loves being part of the family action.
✨ What Lexi is looking for:
An active home that can keep up with her energy
Plenty of love, attention, and companionship
Opportunities for exercise, training, and play and ready to make her the center of attention
Lexi is ready to bring joy, fun, and plenty of cuddles into her new home. If you're looking for a smart, loving companion who will keep you on your toes and warm your heart, Lexi might just be your perfect match. 🐶💕

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
