Ochre is a playful, active young girl who is always ready for her next adventure. As a Cattle Dog × Wolfhound mix, she is intelligent, curious, and loves investigating her surroundings. Whether she's exploring the backyard, discovering new sights and smells, or spending time with her people, ochre approaches life with enthusiasm and a wagging tail.
She thrives on interaction and would love a family who can include her in their daily activities and help guide her as she grows. With continued training, socialisation, and plenty of positive experiences, Ochre is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion.

To ensure a reply to enquiries about adoption please tell us a little about yourself and your location. Interstate adoption is available with transportation at adopter's expense. If you are renting your home, please ensure you have approval for a pet before submitting your application.

Meet the animal and chat to the foster carer to make sure this animal is the right one for you, your home, family and circumstances.
We recommend you have a chat as a family and a think, make sure everyone is on board and happy with the choice to add the animal to your family.
Contact the team to advise your decision either way....if this one isn't the right fit we will work with you to try and find the best match.
If this is the one, we can start the adoption process. Complete the application to adopt and promptly return the application. A home/yard check may be required by one of our team members, if this is not possible photos showing fenced and undercover areas will be required. Once application is approved, you will be invoiced. Pay the adoption fees via electronic transfer, send proof of payment to admin.
We will advise the you and foster carer the animal is clear to leave and you can arrange collection of your newest family member.
*We do have a "cooling off" period please see these terms on adoption application form.
Please note; We do offer interstate adoptions where suitable for the animal in care. All transport costs are at the adopters expense. However we will, where possible, assist with airport transfers. In liu of a meet and greet interstate adopters must have a phone interview/conversation with the foster carer. Yard/Home photos will be required with all interstate applications.
