Meet Shepherd – a gorgeous young black greyhound with the gentlest soul you'll ever meet.

At nearly 3 years old, Shepherd has all the fun and playfulness of a young dog, paired with an incredibly calm and loving nature. He's the kind of dog that seems to fit into almost any situation, and honestly... we'd go as far as saying he's pretty much perfect.

Shepherd is currently thriving in foster care and has settled into pet life beautifully. He's taking everything in his stride and showing just what a wonderful companion he is. He's gentle with everyone he meets, has done incredibly well around other dogs of all shapes and sizes, and has also shown he can happily live alongside cats.

This handsome boy absolutely adores his food, so treats are always a great way to win him over! He also loves playing with his toys and will happily entertain himself before wandering over to curl up right beside you for a cuddle. Being close to his people is one of his favourite places to be.

Shepherd has a beautifully soft nature that makes him an easy dog to love. Whether you're heading out for an adventure, enjoying a leisurely walk, or simply relaxing at home, he's just happy to be by your side.

To make sure everyone is happy, we match each hound with the right family, and we provide lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm (including heartworm) treated. The adoption fee includes our Adopter Kit containing a martingale collar, leash, muzzle and useful information to help you get your new hound settled in.
