3. Could you please tell us about yourself including your address, the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?
(Please kindly provide us some photos of your home with the backyard ect…)

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Maisy the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Maisy be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for her during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Maisy quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Maisy be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as she pleases? Please describe her future sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?
