This smart and placid pup sports a beautiful, healthy curly coat requiring regular brushings and professional grooming every 4-5 weeks to maintain its charm.

He's a healthy eater, not picky, and enjoys a balanced diet of Royal Canin Kibbles which he has access to throughout the day, chicken necks for lunch, and a nourishing meaty meal for dinner.

2. Do you understand that Misty’s adoption fee to help with part of his necessary medical costs, supporting other animals in our care and it is NON-NEGOTIABLE?

3. Could you please tell us about yourself including your address, the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?
(Please kindly provide us some photos of your home with the backyard ect…)

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Misty the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Misty be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for him during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Misty quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Misty be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as he pleases? Please describe his future sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?

11. Could you please disclose your visa/residency status?
