About Winnie
Meet Winnie!
Winnie is a gorgeous black and white medium-haired girl looking for a fresh start and a place to finally call her fur-ever home. She hasn't had the easiest start to life, so she's searching for a patient family who can give her the time, love, and understanding she needs to truly blossom.
She would be happiest in a quiet, predictable home as the only cat, where she can build her confidence at her own pace. Winnie may be a little shy to begin with, but once she knows she can trust you, her sweet and affectionate personality really starts to purr through.
Winnie can get a little excited around food, so continuing enrichment feeding and managing food areas will help her settle into home life and keep her feeling pawsitively happy.
Because of her background, Winnie would be best suited to cat-savvy adopters who understand that some cats just need a little extra time to come out of their shell. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, she'll grow into the playful and confident companion she's meant to be.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
