About Peaches
Meet Peaches! Peaches is a very sweet kitten with a gentle and independent nature. She’s quite happy entertaining herself and doing her own thing, but she’ll still check in with her humans throughout the day. She loves playing with toys and has a playful side, especially once she feels comfortable in her surroundings. Peaches can be a little shy at first and may take some time to warm up to new people and environments, but with patience and kindness her sweet personality shines through. Peaches would suit a home that understands she may need a little time to settle in and build her confidence. Once she does, she’s a lovely companion who enjoys being part of the family while still maintaining her independent streak. Peaches will need to remain indoors to keep her safe from outdoor dangers. Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
