About Camellia
Camellia came to us from the pound, after being dumped by her previous owners with several other Guinea pigs. Camellia has spent a couple of months at the shelter, getting healthy and feeling protected. Camellia is still quite traumatised from her ordeal, but is making steady progress. She is often hiding in a box or tunnel, zooming past as she grabs some veggies to drag into her hidey home. Once caught, she is starting to settle in your hands for a cuddle or chin scratch. But she will need a lot of time, love and gentle attention before she totally settles and reaches her potential. She is getting there.
Camellia has great social skills with other piggies, and gets on with everyone. If you do not already have a piggy for her to be friends with, she’d like to find a home with Elsie (also listed).
