Pepper – A Delightful Little Ball of Fluff

If you’re looking for a cat with personality, confidence and enough fluff to brighten any room, Pepper might just be your girl.

Pepper is an outgoing, friendly little Persian who believes every visitor is simply a friend she hasn’t met yet. New people are always investigated thoroughly and usually rewarded with pats and cuddles. She gets along well with the adult cats in her foster home and, while she hasn’t lived with dogs, she would likely adapt well with careful and gradual introductions.

This fluffy lady loves playtime. Wand toys, balls with bells, and anything skittering across the floor are all fair game. She’s also quite the climber and enjoys exploring every corner she can find. Once she’s worn herself out, though, she’s more than happy to curl up beside her humans for a nap.

Pepper is independent, confident and usually the first to investigate something new. She loves spending time in her outdoor cat enclosure, soaking up the sunshine and watching the world go by.

She shares a lovely bond with her sister, Salt, and would be thrilled to find a home with her. That said, Pepper is also very people-focused and would happily settle into a home where she can soak up plenty of human attention. Her favourite toy is a fluffy ball that she proudly carries around, occasionally reminding Salt that it’s hers with a dramatic little growl if she gets too close!

As you’d expect from such a glorious fluffball, Pepper’s beautiful double coat does require commitment. Daily brushing and regular grooming will keep her looking and feeling her best. Prospective adopters with experience caring for long-haired cats would be ideal. The good news is Pepper enjoys being groomed and loves the extra attention. You may occasionally need to help with a face wipe or a tidy-up of her fluffy trousers, but she takes it all in stride.

Pepper is sweet, affectionate, curious and endlessly entertaining. When she runs, she doesn’t so much sprint as bounce, like a tiny furry cloud on a mission. She would make a wonderful companion for almost any household willing to keep up with her grooming needs and appreciate her delightful personality.
