About Chai and Mochi
These beautiful boys are absolute delights. They love cuddling up against their foster carers on the couch and they absolutely love watching TV! They especially love watching Cat TV, and they love chirping at birds both on the TV and out the window. They also love chasing your cursor on the screen.
They love playing, and Mochi will meow at you loudly if he thinks you're heading towards his toys for playtime. They love chasing each other around and wrestling and licking each other (I will lick you whether you like it or not!)
They're perfectly happy being scooped up for a cuddle and they love belly rubs. Like most cats, they don't like vacuum cleaners, hair dryers or bananas.
We couldn't possibly separate them. They love each other too much.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
