About Thing King
Meet Thing King,
He is a sweet cat that is a little underconfident and will need a patient family who is willing to give him time and space to settle in and build confidence at his own pace.
He will benefit from plenty of mental stimulation, such as puzzle feeders, interactive toys, and enrichment activities, to keep his curious mind engaged.
He may also enjoy the company of a calm, confident adult cat who can help show him the ropes and provide reassurance.
Thing King would be best suited to a home with adults or cat savvy secondary school-aged children and adults who can respect his needs for a gentle, low-pressure introduction to family life. With patience, understanding, and a supportive environment, he will have every opportunity to thrive.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
