About Fernando
Fernando is a sweet, playful kitten with a curious mind, an adventurous spirit, and a moderate level of confidence that's growing every day. Whether he's climbing the cat tree, wrestling with his brother, or rescuing toys that have been "packed away", Fernando believes every day should include a little fun!
One of Fernando's favourite things is greeting his foster carer. As soon as he sees him, he'll come running over, weaving around his legs as he walks, ready for some attention. Once the pats start, Fernando melts into them, purring happily and making the sweetest little air biscuits. He's still a little head shy at first, but with a bit of time and patience, he relaxes and happily soaks up the affection.
Fernando would absolutely love to be adopted alongside his brother, Chico, or into a home with a friendly resident cat who'll enjoy having a playful companion.
With his adventurous personality, affectionate nature, and adorable little air biscuits, Fernando is ready to bring fun, love, and plenty of purrs to his forever family.

Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Here’s how our adoption process works:
Submit an application – This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat – If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet – You’ll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees it’s a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment – Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
We’re committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isn’t in the best interest of the animal.
