Roman is a 6-year-old male Kelpie cross who is looking for a calm and understanding foster home.
We don't know much about Roman's life before coming into care, but we believe he hasn't had the best start. As a result, he can be quite wary of new people and takes time to build trust, particularly with men. Roman needs someone who can offer patience, kindness, and consistency while allowing him to progress at his own pace.

Roman would thrive in a quiet household with a foster carer who understands that trust isn't built overnight. He is looking for a stable environment where he can feel safe, settle in, and learn that the world isn't such a scary place.
A quieter neighbourhood would suit Roman best, as busy environments can be overwhelming for him. He will also need to be the only pet in the home so he can focus on building confidence and forming a strong bond with his foster carer.
